Beautifully decorated and cheap room for what we needed with the blinds, all the amenities, an iron.
Even though we appreciated the stay, a few staff members were kind of rude.

The staff were amicable, had a fine stay out of service for a weeks prior to our stay. As for us, the location was good and unbeatable, right by central Liverpool, main attractions and airport. We found there a huge variety of restaurants to eat, like Caviar House & Prunier that is only 10 minutes' walk away.

The location was prime and top, away from a large night club, in the crowded area. All the staff were excellent and very amiable.

Its location in city center was great and perfect. You can find Caviar House & Prunier a few steps away from the hotel to a have lunch.

Every detail there was great. I greatly enjoyed the staff, everyone was affable. In overall the room was beautifully decorated and with bathroom. Its location was perfect, adjacent to the main pubs. My stay here was good.

The location of the property was marvellous, close to shops. Staff were amicable. The hotel room was extremely spacious and well decorated with cupboard a toilet, all the amenities and an iron.

The hotel's location was central, away from a large night club. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby The James Monro. The rooms were generous sized, cheap and in cupboard a toilet.

The staff are friendly and helpful and the room is cheap in cupboard a toilet. The location is good and perfect, very close to the city center, the main pubs and restaurants, near the city points and all the bars.
